Joined the Group in June 2006 and was appointed Group Finance Director in July 2006. Having worked for Fisons plc for 10 years in its Scientific Equipment Division, in 1992 he joined Williams Plc as a Divisional Finance Director. In 2000 he became Group Finance Director and a member of the Board of Kidde Plc when it was demerged from Williams. He left Kidde in July 2005 following its purchase by United Technologies Corporation. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a non-executive director of Rotork p.l.c. |
